Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@safehub.my or +60127756614 with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then:

Exchanges

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I have made payment?

Within Klang Valley, it will take 3 – 5 working days. As for others states, it will be within 14 working days. Do note that the delivery lead time from one state to another will vary.

Is there any delivery fees?

No delivery fees if the product is being delivered to Ground Floor. If the product is being delivered to 1st floor and above then there will be charges based on the product which you bought.

What is delivery coverage for SafeHub?

SafeHub covers the whole of Semenanjung Malaysia. We do not deliver to Sabah and Sarawak.

Can the safe box be installed/delivered to 1st floor and above?

Yes it can. When you have choose the option of delivering to 1st floor and above, our team will reached to you for further details.

How do I make warranty claim?

If you believe your product is defective, please let our team know via support@safehub.my.

What does 1-year warranty covers?

The warranty covers the defect on Keyless Combination Lock, Digital Lock and Keylock as well as any defects on the Safe Box.
